This portfolio includes the artwork and collaborative projects of Joshua Rocky Frontino. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California as a texture painter in the VFX community.
A graduate of The Art Institute of California with a Bachelor of Computer Science Matrix degree, Joshua immediately began working for companies such as Asylum Visual Effects, SCEA, and The Third Floor. Joshua's latest projects include texture painting for features such as Disney's The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Tony Scott's Unstoppable, and the Oscar winning The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. He's had the pleasure of working with talented artist including Doug lefler, Paul Fedor, and Imery Watson to name a few.
While primarily working in post production, Joshua has also ventured into pre production and Previs, creating previsualization for Aardman Arthur's Christmas and working hands-on with the art department for features such as Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.
